— Our Agreement With You

In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms shall have the meanings ascribed to them below unless the context clearly indicates otherwise:

By accessing the no777 Platform, creating an Account, making a deposit, or placing any bet or wager, you confirm that you have read, understood, and irrevocably agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions in their entirety, including all policies incorporated by reference — including the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree to any provision of these Terms & Conditions, you must immediately cease using the no777 Platform and close your Account. Continued use of the Platform following any amendment to these Terms constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

Access to no777 and its Services is subject to the following eligibility requirements, all of which must be satisfied simultaneously:

• You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during which you use the Platform.
• You must be a natural person — corporate entities, trusts, and other legal structures may not hold no777 player accounts.
• You must be legally permitted to engage in online gambling activities in your jurisdiction of residence.
• You must not be a current employee, contractor, agent, or close family member of an employee of no777 or any affiliated gaming software provider.
• You must not be self-excluded from no777 or from any other gaming platform through a formal self-exclusion arrangement that extends to no777's services.

no777 reserves the right to request proof of age and identity at any time. Accepted identification documents for Pakistani players include a valid Computerized National Identity Card (CNIC) or a valid Pakistani passport. Where age cannot be verified to no777's satisfaction, account access will be suspended and deposits returned pending successful verification.

4.1 Registration Requirements

To use the Services, you must complete the no777 registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested, including your full legal name, date of birth, Pakistani mobile number, and valid email address. You must not register using false, misleading, or another person's identity information.

4.2 Single Account Policy

Each individual may hold only one registered Account on no777. Opening or attempting to operate multiple Accounts — whether directly or through a third party — is a breach of these Terms and will result in the closure of all associated Accounts, the forfeiture of any bonus funds credited to those Accounts, and may result in the withholding of any outstanding balances pending investigation.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your no777 login credentials — including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person. You agree to notify no777 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your Account or any breach of your Account security. no777 will not be liable for any losses incurred as a result of unauthorized access to your Account where such access results from your failure to maintain credential security.

4.4 Account Verification (KYC)

no777 is required to conduct identity verification in compliance with applicable anti-money laundering regulations. KYC verification must be completed before withdrawal of funds exceeding PKR 50,000, and may be requested at any time at no777's discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the timeframe specified by no777 may result in account suspension and withholding of funds pending verification.

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

no777 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following payment methods available to Pakistani players: JazzCash, EasyPaisa, Habib Bank Limited (HBL), United Bank Limited (UBL), Meezan Bank, and selected cryptocurrency methods including Bitcoin (BTC) and Tether (USDT). All balances are maintained in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) unless otherwise indicated for cryptocurrency transactions.

5.2 Deposit Processing

Deposits via JazzCash and EasyPaisa are credited to your no777 Account within seconds of successful transaction authorization. Bank transfer deposits are typically credited within one (1) to four (4) hours, subject to the processing times of the relevant financial institution. The minimum deposit amount is PKR 500 unless otherwise stated in a specific promotional offer.

5.3 Withdrawal Processing

Withdrawal requests to JazzCash and EasyPaisa are processed by no777 within an average of thirty (30) minutes during normal operating hours. Withdrawals to bank accounts are processed within one (1) to four (4) business hours. no777 reserves the right to request additional identity verification before processing any withdrawal, and to delay processing for up to five (5) business days where fraud investigation is required.

5.4 Payment Method Consistency

Withdrawals must be made to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, unless no777 expressly approves an alternative method in writing. This policy exists to prevent money laundering and to protect the integrity of the no777 payment ecosystem.

6.1 General Bonus Terms

All bonuses and promotional offers provided by no777 are subject to these general terms and any additional terms stated at the point of the specific offer. In the event of conflict between specific promotional terms and these general terms, the specific promotional terms shall prevail for the relevant promotion only.

6.2 Wagering Requirements

Bonus funds credited to your no777 Account are subject to wagering requirements before any winnings derived from those bonus funds may be withdrawn. Wagering requirements will be stated in the specific promotional offer and expressed as a multiplier of the bonus amount (e.g., 30× bonus means the bonus amount must be wagered thirty times in eligible games before withdrawal eligibility is achieved). Real money funds in your Account are used for wagering before bonus funds unless otherwise specified.

6.3 Game Contributions

Not all games on no777 contribute equally to wagering requirements. Live casino games and table games may contribute at a reduced rate (typically 10%–20%) compared to slot games (typically 100%). The contribution rates applicable to specific games are detailed in the individual promotional terms for each offer.

6.4 Bonus Abuse

no777 reserves the right to refuse, reverse, or withdraw any bonus where it suspects that a Player is engaging in bonus abuse — including but not limited to: placing bets on opposing outcomes to fulfil wagering requirements with minimal risk; systematically exploiting welcome offer structures through multiple registrations; or any other strategy that no777 reasonably determines constitutes exploitation of the promotional system rather than genuine gameplay.

6.5 Bonus Expiry

Unless otherwise stated in specific promotional terms, bonus funds and associated wagering progress expire thirty (30) days from the date of credit. Expired bonus funds and any winnings generated exclusively from expired bonus funds will be forfeited without recourse.

All bets and wagers placed on no777 are subject to the specific rules applicable to the relevant sport, game, or event, as published in the relevant game or betting section of the Platform. The following general betting rules apply to all Services:

• Bets once confirmed are final. no777 does not accept requests to cancel or amend a bet after it has been confirmed, except in circumstances where an obvious technical error has occurred on the Platform's systems.
• Maximum win limits apply to all betting categories and are stated in the relevant product section. no777 reserves the right to limit payouts in the event of technical errors, pricing errors, or market mispricing.
• Sports betting markets are subject to no777's sportsbook rules, including rules governing match abandonment, postponement, result reversal, and dead heat settlement.
• Casino game results are generated by certified Random Number Generators (RNG) and are final. no777 does not alter or override RNG outcomes under any circumstances.
• Disconnections during gameplay — where a player's internet connection is lost mid-round — are handled in accordance with the specific game provider's disconnection policy, which is documented in the relevant game's information panel.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on no777 and constitute a material breach of these Terms & Conditions:

• Registering an Account using false identity information or another person's identity documents.
• Opening or operating more than one no777 Account, whether in your own name or through a third party.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any form of artificial intelligence to interact with no777 games or sportsbook markets in a manner not available to standard players.
• Engaging in collusion with other Players — including soft-playing in poker formats or co-ordinating bets to exploit bonus structures.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds obtained through illegal activity or using no777 to transfer funds without genuine gambling intent.
• Exploiting technical errors, software bugs, or pricing errors knowingly to obtain an unfair advantage. Players who identify errors are required to report them to no777 support immediately.
• Transferring account balances to other Players or engaging in any form of peer-to-peer value transfer outside the Platform's official systems.
• Attempting to access no777's administrative systems, backend infrastructure, or other players' accounts through any unauthorized means.

no777 reserves the right to suspend, close, and withhold the balance of any Account where prohibited conduct is identified, and to report relevant conduct to applicable legal authorities without prior notice to the Player.

9.1 Suspension by no777

no777 reserves the right to suspend or restrict an Account at any time and without prior notice where: (a) fraud or prohibited conduct is suspected; (b) identity verification is outstanding; (c) the Account is subject to an active dispute or investigation; (d) regulatory obligations require it; or (e) the safety or integrity of the Platform requires it. Where an Account is suspended, no777 will communicate the reason and expected resolution timeframe to the Account holder within seventy-two (72) hours, except where regulatory or law enforcement obligations prevent such disclosure.

9.2 Closure by Player

You may close your no777 Account at any time by contacting our support team via live chat. Any real money balance remaining in your Account at the time of closure will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC verification. Bonus funds and pending wagering requirements are forfeited upon voluntary Account closure.

9.3 Self-Exclusion

Players may request a temporary or permanent self-exclusion through the Account settings panel or by contacting no777 support. Self-exclusion requests are processed within twenty-four (24) hours. During a self-exclusion period, the Account is inaccessible and no promotional materials will be sent. Permanent self-exclusion carries a minimum duration of six (6) months. All content on the no777 Platform — including but not limited to the no777 name and logo, website design, software, game interfaces, graphics, text, statistical data, odds data, and promotional materials — is the exclusive intellectual property of no777 or its licensed content providers and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the no777 Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial gaming entertainment. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, distribute, publish, create derivative works from, or commercially exploit any content from the no777 Platform without prior written authorisation from no777.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, no777, its directors, employees, agents, and affiliates shall not be liable to any Player for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or exemplary loss or damage — including loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or business interruption — arising from or in connection with your use of the no777 Platform, however caused and under any theory of liability.

no777's total aggregate liability to any Player in respect of any claim arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services shall not exceed the net deposits made by that Player to their no777 Account in the twelve (12) calendar months immediately preceding the date on which the relevant claim arose.

no777 does not warrant that the Platform will be continuously available, error-free, or free from technical faults. Scheduled maintenance windows will be communicated in advance where operationally practicable.

no777's collection, use, storage, and sharing of personal data is governed by the no777 Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms & Conditions by reference and should be read alongside this document.

By registering an Account with no777, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data in accordance with the Privacy Policy. This includes processing of identity verification data (including CNIC details), transaction data, device information, geolocation data, and gaming activity data for purposes including account management, KYC compliance, responsible gaming monitoring, fraud prevention, and regulatory reporting.

no777 does not sell your personal data to third parties for marketing purposes. Data is shared with third parties only where necessary for provision of Services (e.g., payment processors, KYC providers) or where required by applicable law or regulation.

no777 is committed to providing a safe, fair, and responsible gaming environment for all Players in Pakistan. In pursuance of this commitment, no777 provides the following responsible gaming tools at no cost to all Account holders:

• Deposit Limits: Daily, weekly, and monthly deposit caps configurable in Account settings. Reductions apply immediately; increases are subject to a mandatory 48-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Alerts: Configurable notifications at 30, 60, or 90 minutes of continuous play. Optional hard session stops are also available.
• Loss Limits: Per-session, daily, and weekly loss thresholds that automatically suspend gaming access when reached.
• Reality Checks: Periodic on-screen notifications displaying session duration and net gaming position.
• Cooling-Off Periods: Temporary account suspension for 24 hours, 7 days, or 30 days.
• Self-Exclusion: Permanent account closure with a minimum six-month duration, irrevocable once applied.

no777 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms & Conditions at any time. Where material changes are made, no777 will provide reasonable notice to registered Players via email or in-platform notification at least seven (7) days before the amended Terms take effect, except where changes are required on shorter notice by regulatory obligation or legal requirement.

Your continued use of the no777 Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not accept the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the amended Terms take effect. Any balance in your Account at that time will be returned to your registered payment method.

15.1 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them — including non-contractual disputes — shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which no777 holds its international gaming licence.

15.2 Complaint Process

If you have a complaint about no777's Services, you should contact our support team via live chat in the first instance. no777 aims to resolve all complaints within seventy-two (72) hours of receipt. If you are dissatisfied with the outcome of our internal complaints process, you may escalate your complaint to the independent adjudication body specified by our international gaming licence authority.

15.3 Dispute Escalation

Where a dispute cannot be resolved through no777's internal process, both parties agree to attempt resolution through good-faith mediation before initiating formal legal proceedings. The seat of any arbitration shall be the jurisdiction of no777's gaming licence, and proceedings shall be conducted in the English language.
